Informatic Gostar Gift (HUG): Special service on Samsung and Honor products

Informatic Gostar Company, as one of the oldest active entities in the IT, mobile phone, and tablet sectors in the country, has always tried to use modern methods in sales, distribution, and after-sales services. Selecting high-quality products for customers and providing appropriate after-sales support have always been two main policies of this company. In this regard, and to better support customers, Informatic Gostar Company has decided to offer a special service to its customers. This service, which is essentially a gift from Informatic Gostar to its customers, is provided under the name HUG (A gift from Informatic Gostar). This service is offered on Informatic Gostar products based on a contract between Informatic Gostar and Hamrah Service Khavarmianeh Company (as the service provider). The HUG service includes the following items:

Days Warranty (Replacement)

When purchasing a mobile phone, the device is expected to function correctly. Any malfunction from the start is not pleasant. Therefore, reputable companies usually offer a 7-day initial testing period for the device. However, given the busy schedules, this time may not be sufficient for a complete test of the device. In this regard, Informatic Gostar Company has considered a 1-month (30 days) initial testing period from the time of the mobile phone activation.

Months Accident protection

Considering the possibility of unforeseen incidents, such as a broken screen, a 12-month warranty is provided for mobile phones with HUG service warranty. Months Warranty(Repair)

Generally, mobile phones come with an 18-month warranty. However, to provide better support, Informatic Gostar has extended this warranty to 24 months from the time of device activation.

Free Delivery

Given the traffic in Tehran, delivering a faulty product to the service center can be challenging. To better support customers, Informatic Gostar Company offers the Motobile service for its customers in Tehran. Through this service, the mobile phone in question is picked up for free by a courier from Hamrah Service Khavarmianeh Company and returned to the customer after the service is completed.

It is worth mentioning that with more than 80 offices in various cities across the country, it is possible to provide services to customers nationwide in an appropriate manner. Additionally, this service is currently offered for Samsung and Honor mobile phones. Thus, Informatic Gostar Company is the first company to provide these services for these products.
